Inside and outside control of the realty twice a month and a special perambulation in case of storms and other weather predicaments

- submittance of a monthly report (photos included) to the owner of the real-estate via e-mail

- Price of this package is 5 euros per square meter of the real-estate (land plus the realty)

The standard package = 5 eur/m2 of the real-estate

Includes the Standard package plus:

- Receiving the mail and settling bills on behalf of the owner

- Taking care of minor repairs (up to one hour of work)

- Seasonal cleaning of the realty and all the windows, prior to the owner's arrival

Price of this package is 7,5 euros per square meter of the real-estate (land plus realty)

- decorating the garden and taking care of its flowers, fruit trees and all the other plants

Price of this package is 10 euros per square meter of the real-estate (realty plus land) per year

The exact dates of the real-estate perambulation (check tour) are negotiated with the owner

Each additional (previously not scheduled) working hour of our employees will be charged 15 euros

Each additional working hour of the project manager (to settle any administrative issues) will be charged 20 euros

For a non scheduled check-tour of the real-estate with a report submitted to the owner we will charge 70 euros
