The concept of a socially responsible business starts from the growing belief that modern companies have more and more responsibility to their own role in society.
What is a socially responsible business?
The impact of individual corporations on the development of society is increasingly negative. The growing gap between rich and poor has led to great social turmoil and inequalities in society.
As a result, a new business concept has emerged that must not be tied to making a profit only but also to social responsibility. Social responsibility is responsibility towards the poor, the weak and the helpless.
How do we take care of others in the Apolonija Dental Clinic?
The Apolonija Dental Clinic is not known only by its health-oriented activities. We are especially proud of our attitude towards the environment and employees, but also our social commitment .
We are continuously making efforts to prove ourselves again and again as a socially responsible clinic. We are always ready to help the most vulnerable groups and donate funds for socially important projects.
Social sensitivity is the skill of receiving verbal messages and understanding social phenomena. Therefore, we always strive to improve, advise and educate all our employees.

Cooperation on projects in the Republic of Croatia
Children from the SOS Children’s Village Lekenik learned how caries occurs, how to prevent it and what exactly sweets do to our teeth at the educational workshop “Dentist for a day”.
The humanitarian campaign A Step into Life was supported as one of the most successful and longest-standing humanitarian campaigns ever organized in the region. It enables the continuation of academic education for children without adequate parental care after the completion of their secondary/grammar school education.
We also recognized the importance of the activities of the Association of Patients Suffering from Epidermolysis Bullosa – DEBRA and decided to support their projects “Together for Butterfly Children”.
We also launched our own humanitarian campaign SGA – Solidarity and Generosity in Action to help the people in need.
Instead of buying gifts for anniversaries and holidays, we collect funds to donate to low-income families. We launch campaigns with individual distributors of dental brands.
We believe that we can and should help those in need.
