“Dental Polyclinic Apolonija – Investment in business digitalization” (NPOO.C1.1.2.R3-I2.01-V2.0073)

The project was approved as part of the “DIGITALIZATION VOUCHERS” competition (NPOO.C1.1.2. R3-I2.01) with the aim of increasing the level of digital maturity of the polyclinic by investing in the introduction of new digital solutions into its business by creating a new website, as well as improving the digital skills of its employees, which will strengthen its capacities for implementing digitalization and digital transformation. This, in turn, will lead to an increase in sales revenue, along with an increase in the number of employees.

The project was approved as part of the competition “Grants for digitalization” (NPOO.C1.1.2.R3-I3.01) with the aim of introducing new digital solutions in business by investing in digital tools and building the digital capacities of employees, in order to improve service procedures, business and organizational practices by optimizing, transforming and digitizing business processes, with the purpose of implementing digital transformation, which implies changing the existing business model, and will result in increasing efficiency and productivity and strengthening the market position and consequently the growth of sales revenue and the beginning of internationalization

Specifically, successful implementation of the project will result in (among other things):

  • Sales revenue growth.
  • The beginning of internationalization.
  • Preservation of existing jobs.
  • Planned creation of new jobs.
  • Reducing business costs.
  • Increases in resource efficiency.

Brief description of the project

With this project, the Apolonija Dental Clinic is introducing information and communication technology that will qualitatively monitor the continuous growth of the Clinic and will administratively unify all activities carried out at the Clinic. Information and communication technology is necessary for making timely and informed business decisions, managing risks, human resources, finances and accounting, the Clinic’s assets, marketing, logistics, procurement, sales and strategic planning.

Goal

By implementing the project, the Apolonija Dental Clinic is introducing information and communication technology with the aim of optimizing business processes, integrating operations, increasing workflow efficiency, and improving interaction with clients and suppliers.

Brief description of the project

The purpose of the project is to create a new website and implement domain optimization, develop the “front end” (converting .psd documents into codes) and the “back end” which includes the development of the website’s background and database. The website will be checked, its functionalities will be checked, and the text will be adjusted to complete the website. The website content will be adjusted to gender and age principles and will be accessible to all users equally. For people with disabilities and congenital defects, the website content will be accessible using the keyboard, and the typography and design will be adapted to people who have difficulty with vision or using the website.

Project objectives and expected results

The goal of the project is a new modern website that provides key information and conveys the values ​​of the Polyclinic, which will significantly contribute to increased interest from new clients, improved implementation of new marketing solutions, strengthening the market position and increasing competitiveness.
